As an integral part of Safety Technical Services, established in 1996, our mission is to foster a safety-centric culture in the Oil & Gas sector and beyond, providing comprehensive training solutions.

Excel Training Institute is one of the top HSE Training course providers in the Sultanate of Oman. Excel Training Institute is highly graded approved by
a) Oman Energy Association (OPAL) having OPAL GOLD Star recognition,
b) Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), and
c) OETC for delivering their programs.
Excel Training Institute offers OPAL unified HSE passport courses, which are accepted by all the Oil & Gas operators in the Sultanate of Oman. In addition, Excel Training Institute offers International HSE courses, Non-PDO/ Non-OPAL, and short courses suited for all other oil & gas and other Industries.
Our HSE training center is located in Al Ghubrah, Muscat, training can be also offered on sites/ locations within the Sultanate of Oman as per the client’s requirements.
