Inspection and certification of All Type Heavy Lifting Equipments includes mobile cranes,tower crane,crawler cranes, forklifts, M.E.W.P(Mobile Elevated Working Platform), Lorry Loader cranes etc

All the equipments are certified and proof load tested according to international standards such as LEEA( Lifting Equipments Engineers Association),PUWER,& LOLER 1998 ,British and European i.e. BS EN, ISO or American ASME..

The inspection covers through examination which include;

1, visual inspection

2, NDT(Non Destructive Test)

3, Functional test with no load

4, Operational test with rated load

And the equipment undergoes a proof load test if it 's required

We have a well arranged proof load test area where we carry out test for equipments and lifting gears.

   Proof Load test/Overload test

The cranes are tested to 125 percent of its capacity as mentioned in the British standards BS7121:Safe Use of Cranes, and it will be always the Inspectors option   to what test to be conducted and how much percent to the equipment must be  over load tested.

The NDT exams are carried out by QA/QC department and the Load test calculations and lifting plan are designed by our lifting division.
